Job description

Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, traveling field sales role that will work directly with facility staff. This position is responsible for developing new business opportunities with pre-identified skilled nursing facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and gathering facility leads, setting introductory meetings with facility staff, managing a sales pipeline within the HubSpot CRM, and re-engaging past opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within healthcare or related services.
  • Strong skills in relationship-building, networking, and stakeholder management to engage providers and facility leadership.
  • Proficiency in communication, including presenting new ideas, and maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Ability to manage a structured sales pipeline and CRM tools.
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Comfort working on-site and collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
  • A genuinely kind and curious demeanor in the face of rejection.
