The Associate of Business Development identifies prospective stakeholders and creates an effective strategy that moves prospects through the sales process efficiently and effectively. They work closely with district teams to craft a comprehensive bond program tailored to the district's objectives. They facilitate productive committee meetings and engagements, fostering collaboration and community involvement. Their role is to convey proposed solutions effectively while also contributing to bond collateral development.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Relationship: Begin building relationships with educational institutions, school districts, and potential stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with school administrators, board members, teachers, parents, and community organizations to build support, and leverage their expertise and input to enhance the bond proposal and incorporate their perspectives into the decision-making process.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the planning and managing public/town hall meetings, ensuring they are well-organized and informative, and provide opportunities for meaningful community engagement.
  • Campaign Development: Develop compelling and targeted marketing campaigns on behalf of the district, utilizing various channels to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Facilitate productive committee meetings, fostering open communication, collaboration, and consensus-building among stakeholders involved in the bond program.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify potential stakeholders, educational institutions, and projects within the education construction sector.
