Realtor.com® is seeking a diligent and analytical Remote Business Analyst to join our dedicated team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the enhancement of our digital platforms, including our innovative My Home™ dashboard, by translating business needs into effective technical solutions. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $58.00 USD, dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
* Translate complex business needs into clear, well-defined functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development teams.
* Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
* Analyse and model business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
* Support the project lifecycle by participating in planning, testing, and deployment activities to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
* Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, requirements specifications, and project reports.

Qualifications

* Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within an agile, technology-focused environment.
