Job description

Description As an Enterprise Payment Operations Analyst (EPOA) you will navigate challenging requests and perform extensive research for premium customers to help ensure the best customer experience. The EPOA will collaborate very closely with internal operations partners, including ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement and TMIO teams. An important aspect of this role will be the support provided to enhance cross-segment research as it relates to Payment Operations supported products, including Commercial Operations, Treasury Management, CRB Operations, and Enterprise Payments.

Duties & Responsibilities: The BA 1 will also act as a subject matter expert and perform daily operational processes as assigned. Supports new system and process implementation and workflow. Researches specialized problems and takes action to correct.

Leads in process improvement ideas and documentation. Partners with internal colleagues, mortgagors, investors, and vendors depending on current assignments. Establishes knowledge base of current policies, procedures and practices for various departments.

Participates in creation and maintenance of procedures for various departments. Builds test scripts, manages and implements testing and reporting of system enhancements. Involved in all aspects of projects, including documentation of project needs, analysis/research of needs and possible solutions, identifying technology and business solutions, gathering, documenting and updating business requirements; reviewing workflow process mapping; developing business testing strategies and working with project members to execute the test plan, recommending preferred solutions, and implementing recommendations.

Performs other duties as assigned. This position is available in the Huntington Bank Corporate Office footprint Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Three or more years mortgage banking experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Black Knight MSP Experience preferred. Strong knowledge of loan operations and compliance/regulatory guidelines (RESPA, OCC and CFPB). Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

ACH Operations, Wire Operations, Enterprise Payment Settlement or TMIO experience.
