Facets DevOps & AWS Implementation Manager

About the role
As a Facets DevOps AWS Implementation Manager, you will make an impact by enabling and automating TriZetto Facets G6 environments on AWS. This role focuses on cloud provisioning, containerized runtime deployment, CI/CD enablement, and DevOps-driven implementation of Facets platforms in regulated healthcare environments.
This is a remote position, open to qualified applicants.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead DevOps-driven implementation of Facets G6 environments on AWS (EKS)
  • Enable containerized deployments for batch, services, and interactive workloads
  • Support Facets Task Controller setup in AWS-hosted Windows environments
  • Drive environment readiness across DEV, SIT, UAT, PERF, and PROD
  • Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated provisioning approaches
  • Use kubectl, AWS CLI, and PowerShell for deployment and validation
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, version rollouts, and environment refreshes
  • Partner with Facets leads, cloud engineers, and DevOps teams
  • Document build steps and support clean handover to testing and support teams

Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position.
What you need to have to be considered
  • 6-10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform implementation
  • Strong experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS)
  • Hands-on CLI experience (kubectl, AWS CLI, PowerShell)
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
  • Working knowledge of TriZetto Facets, with G6 preferred
  • Strong execution, collaboration, and documentation skills

These will help you stand out
  • Experience implementing Facets G6 on AWS
  • Exposure to Terraform, Helm, or GitOps
  • Experience supporting healthcare platform modernization

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$132K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
