Key Responsibilities
  • Clinically assess and engage with clients experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders while identifying their specific needs and goals for treatment.
  • Develop and implement integrated care plans that address each client's unique circumstances, ensuring continuous collaboration with family members and other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more extensive assessments when necessary.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring clients receive tailored treatment that is responsive to their concerns and requests.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular meetings and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and ensure that comprehensive support services are readily available to clients as situations arise.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely completion of reports, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team goals through collaborative efforts, actively engaging in case discussions, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Be on-call as required, providing support during and after program hours to ensure 24/7 access to mental health services.
