Job description

Job Summary:
The BSA Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role leads the development, implementation, and ongoing management of BSA/Anti-Money Laundering (AML) initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, and supports a culture of compliance and risk mitigation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the BSA/AML compliance program; monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies and procedures; oversee BSA/AML risk assessments and internal controls; coordinate and lead BSA/AML training for staff; manage investigations of suspicious activity and ensure timely filing of required reports (e.g., SARs, CTRs); collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support compliance objectives; prepare for and support regulatory examinations and audits; analyze program effectiveness and recommend improvements; maintain accurate records and documentation; report program status and key metrics to senior management.
