Position Overview

Brightpath Treatment & Health Counseling Services, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life integration. You will engage with clients via a telehealth setup, which includes video conferencing and secure online platforms for treatment sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs, history, and objectives for treatment.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks suited to client needs.
• Optional: Facilitate group therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy sessions, utilizing collaborative strategies to encourage engagement from participants.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, aiming for optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals grappling with attention and executive functioning difficulties, alongside those experiencing anxiety, trauma, and depression. As an LPC with Brightpath, your role will involve empowering clients by providing therapeutic tools and strategies tailored to their unique circumstances. The diverse backgrounds of our clients require a therapist who is adaptable, understanding, and committed to fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field (Required).
• An active Oregon LPC license, with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience (Required).
• Proven expertise in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting.
• Strong experience in health psychology and a solid understanding of mental health conditions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with strategies to address attention and executive functioning issues.
• Previous involvement with a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
