Brightpath Treatment & Health Counseling Services, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is designed for early career therapists who are looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life integration. You will engage with clients via a telehealth setup, which includes video conferencing and secure online platforms for treatment sessions. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to assess client needs, history, and objectives for treatment.
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic frameworks suited to client needs.
  • Optional: Facilitate group therapy, couples counseling, or family therapy sessions, utilizing collaborative strategies to encourage engagement from participants.
  • Maintain meticulous medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, aiming for optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field (Required).
  • An active Oregon LPC license, with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience (Required).
  • Proven expertise in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families in a clinical setting.
  • Strong experience in health psychology and a solid understanding of mental health conditions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits
