• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health, establish diagnoses, and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, delivering quality care through telehealth sessions.
• Document all interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Consult with other professionals, including case managers, educators, and medical personnel, to coordinate care and enhance service delivery.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic methods that encourage clients to set and achieve meaningful goals, adapting interventions based on progress and feedback.

This role primarily focuses on supporting clients through various life stages, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. You will work with clients facing a range of challenges, from trauma and addiction to stress and relationship issues, striving to create a safe space where individuals feel heard, accepted, and empowered to share their stories.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Previous experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Proficiency in case documentation, including treatment plans and clinical notes, with a solid understanding of relevant compliance standards.
• Familiarity with community resources and family therapy services.
• Effective communication skills, capable of building strong, trusting relationships with clients.
