This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work hours and location, yet it also includes the option to see clients in our outpatient office setting if desired. Our innovative practice model emphasizes collaboration and support, featuring a dedicated coordinator for initial client intakes and a billing specialist who manages pre-authorizations and insurance matters, streamlining the processes for our therapists.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients via telehealth platforms, in-office sessions, or a hybrid model, adjusted to meet the preferences of the clients served.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely electronic documentation of all client interactions, adhering to the latest psychotherapy guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with our client coordination team to ensure appropriate matches between clients and therapists based on specialization and areas of interest.
• Increase your practice's client base by developing a caseload of 15-35 clients, providing steady and reliable care to those committed to their wellness journey.
• Engage in clinical case review sessions with peers for ongoing support and professional development.

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling, qualifying you for LPCC licensure.

Our compensation package includes a competitive annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
