Work Environment

Our Community Health Clinic operates primarily through a remote model, allowing our LPCCs to connect with clients via telehealth or in-person sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services utilizing telehealth, in-office, or hybrid models tailored to the needs of each client.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring each client’s unique needs are met.
• Maintain electronic health records with precision, documenting all client interactions in a timely and compliant manner.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and integrate them into your therapeutic approach.
• Actively work to grow your caseload by 15-35 clients, fostering strong therapeutic relationships that encourage client commitment to their wellness journey.

Qualifications
