Key Responsibilities

Your daily responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include, but are not limited to:

  • Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate and confidential records in line with HIPAA regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds experiencing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use. Your commitment to cultural competence and empathy will be paramount in effectively addressing the unique experiences and challenges faced by each individual.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, specifically in providing direct care to clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills that allow for effective client interaction and documentation.

Preferred Experience
