How you'll make an impact in this role
- Lead the creation and execution of human-centered brand design across multiple channels, including digital, social, video, UI/UX, presentations, campaigns, and print materials.
- Integrate emerging AI tools and technologies into creative workflows to improve ideation, personalization, efficiency, and innovative storytelling while maintaining brand authenticity.
- Collaborate closely with strategists, creative directors, copywriters, and market leadership teams to develop insight-driven creative solutions aligned with business goals and audience needs.
- Serve as a steward of the Ascension brand by ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence across all visual identity systems and customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of trends in design, AI, healthcare communications, and digital experiences while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven creative culture focused on empathy and innovation.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specificexperience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in an agency, design studio, or strategic in-house creative team, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital, social, print, motion, and brand identity work.
- Advanced expertise in visual design, branding, and creative storytelling, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI-enabled creative tools, and cross-channel content development.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to apply emerging AI technologies thoughtfully while working effectively across cross-functional teams.
