Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company is actively recruiting for a temporary, Contracts Migration Support Specialist for a fully remote role for a corporate client of ours based in Washington, DC.


Location: Remote
Duration: 6–8 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $40 - $45/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Contract Migration Support Specialists to assist with a large-scale contract migration project for a global semiconductor company. This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity expected to last approximately 6–8 weeks, with an immediate start date.

The ideal candidate will have strong document review, data entry, and contract administration skills, with the ability to accurately extract and organize key contractual information while maintaining high levels of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Access and review contract documents stored in Datasite, Virtual Data Rooms (VDR), SharePoint, and other document repositories.
  • Navigate document links and locate relevant contract files and supporting documentation.
  • Read and analyze contract documents to identify and extract required metadata.
  • Manually enter contract metadata into designated tracking and migration spreadsheets.
  • Extract and record information including:
    • Agreement number
    • Agreement type
    • Agreement description
    • Customer and legal entity information
    • Effective date
    • Expiration date
    • Renewal and evergreen provisions
    • Contract owner information
  • Maintain accurate and complete project tracking spreadsheets.
  • Document completed work, open questions, and identified issues.
  • Collaborate with migration team members to resolve discrepancies and clarify project requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings as needed and provide status updates and feedback.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the migration process.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with contract administration, contract review, legal operations, contract lifecycle management (CLM), document management, or data migration projects preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to review and interpret contractual documents.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel and tracking spreadsheets.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Datasite, VDR platforms, or other document repositories is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
