This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions and assessments from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team. • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs utilizing secure video conferencing tools, ensuring that each session accommodates individual client circumstances and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and share experiences, while integrating group dynamics to enhance healing.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, within our remote framework to ensure seamless integration of care for our clients.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records, documenting session details and treatment progression in an electronic health record (EHR) system for comprehensive tracking and evaluation.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in the mental health counseling field through continuous education, ensuring your approach remains evidence-based and effective.

As a licensed Clinical Social Worker at Mind Bloom, you will serve individuals experiencing various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. Your work will particularly focus on clients undergoing detoxification, providing essential support to facilitate their transition to recovery. You will be instrumental in building trust and rapport, enabling clients to engage deeply with treatment processes.

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California is required.
• At least three (3) years of clinical experience in counseling or related fields, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and the dynamics of recovery, enabling effective interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, utilizing technology effectively while ensuring client confidentiality and comfort.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to therapy is necessary for establishing a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

Although not mandatory, candidates with expertise in specific treatment modalities such as trauma-informed care or motivational interviewing will be highly regarded. Experience in a virtual therapy setting is beneficial, as well as familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

• We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload responsibilities.
