You will engage with clients via telehealth platforms, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions. • Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions that encourage dialogue, healing, and personal growth among participants.
• Maintain professional collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health team members to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all client interactions and progressions accurately within our electronic medical record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health counseling to provide the most effective therapeutic strategies.

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of backgrounds and mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflicts. • A fully Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, with current licensing to practice independently.
• A minimum of three years’ experience in counseling, showcasing your ability to address a variety of mental health issues effectively.

• A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working within community health settings, attended ongoing professional development, and presented workshops or training in mental health.
• Proficient in telehealth platforms and e-health resources that enhance client engagement and retention.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 – 115,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
