• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and substance use challenges.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, client goals, and therapeutic progress.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions designed to address mental health concerns while promoting recovery in a detox setting.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on emerging best practices and treatment methodologies in mental health counseling.

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma related to substance use. You will utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to their unique experiences and behavioral health needs, fostering a supportive space to facilitate their recovery journey.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of three (3) years of direct clinical experience, especially in mental health counseling and substance use treatment, is required.
• Strong understanding of various mental health issues, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to forge strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Proficient in leveraging telehealth technology and tools in a virtual environment.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to providing client care, with a genuine desire to help individuals on their recovery paths.

• Experience working in a detox or rehabilitation setting is advantageous.

• Attractive salary range of $78,000 to $115,000 per year, contingent upon experience and caseload.
