In this role, you will provide compassionate and evidence-based mental health care to clients experiencing a variety of psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance misuse. Our practice emphasizes personalized treatment approaches to effectively address the unique needs of each patient and foster their mental well-being.

Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Let's Talk Counseling, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implementing a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, aimed at achieving positive outcomes for each individual.
  • Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups to foster community among patients and provide essential coping strategies.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and continuous patient care.
  • Offering crisis intervention and support services during mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stable emotional health.
