St. Paul Counseling Services is seeking dedicated mental health therapists for full-time positions that provide an exciting opportunity to work remotely within our community health clinic framework. This remote position offers flexibility for our therapists, promoting a healthy work-life balance while ensuring we meet the needs of our patients effectively. While the standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary based on patient demand. Utilizing modern telehealth platforms, our therapists engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships while maintaining compliance with all necessary healthcare regulations and standards.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to fully understand patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to deliver effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address prevalent mental health issues, encouraging a sense of community and shared experiences among participants.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring patients receive the immediate attention and support they require.
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can support their recovery journey.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to remain abreast of developments in the mental health field.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven experience conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and uphold professional ethics and boundaries.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
• A collaborative spirit, willing to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

• Prior experience in an outpatient or community health setting.
• Experience in facilitating group therapy or support sessions.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and delivering services in a remote setting.
