• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to provide individual and group counseling.
• Facilitate support groups and psychoeducational sessions that foster a sense of community while addressing common mental health issues.
• Engage in collaborative case management with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for your patients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during acute mental health episodes, employing strong assessment and intervention skills.
• Educate clients on mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and coping mechanisms.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Regularly participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities to enhance your skills.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually improve your practice.

As a mental health therapist with Thrive Wellness Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our patients face a range of mental health challenges, and you will play a critical role in supporting them through their healing journeys.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Prior experience providing individual and group therapy services to clients with diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Sound judgment in maintaining professional boundaries and adherence to ethical standards.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to work in conjunction with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient care.

• Experience delivering teletherapy services is favorable, as well as familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Advanced training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities or special populations would be a plus.
• Experience in crisis intervention and emergency support roles in mental health settings.

Thrive Wellness Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
