• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and formulate custom treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities, including CBT and other suitable therapeutic frameworks.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health challenges, fostering community for participants.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and synchronized care for every patient.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and appropriate resources.
• Educate patients on mental health conditions, navigating treatment pathways, and accessing community resources to enhance their support network.
• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation of all patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest research in mental health therapy to refine therapeutic practices and improve patient care.

Our patient population ranges from adolescents to adults, encompassing individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance abuse. You will work with a diverse clientele, adapting your therapeutic approaches to meet unique cultural and personal needs, promoting recovery and resilience.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a Master's or doctoral degree is preferred.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia is essential.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities is required.
• Proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapies to various populations is highly valued.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a connection with patients and colleagues alike.
• Commitment to professional ethics and standards, with sound judgment in clinical situations.
• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technological tools for documentation and patient management.

• Experience in a remote or telehealth therapeutic setting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with additional therapy modalities beyond CBT is a plus.
• Previous involvement in program development or community outreach initiatives is beneficial.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
