Work Environment

Our therapists work Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for scheduling flexibility based on patient needs and availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to understand patients' emotional and psychological needs, ensuring tailored and effective treatment planning.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational groups aimed at improving understanding of mental health topics and providing shared experiences amongst participants.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide holistic care and share crucial patient information that informs treatment strategies.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during urgent mental health episodes, assisting patients and families with immediate support and guidance.
  • Educate patients on their conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
