This is a telehealth position, allowing counselors to work remotely while maintaining a comfortable and confidential virtual setting for therapy sessions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, focusing on fostering personal growth, coping strategies, and emotional well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide accessible therapy sessions for clients facing logistical challenges or requiring virtual care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation to adhere to ethical standards, insurance requirements, and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay informed about industry best practices.

Our client base includes diverse individuals across various demographics, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. We prioritize building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate meaningful progress in their mental health journeys.

• Current and valid state license as one of the following: LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and documentation responsibilities.

While not mandatory, prior experience in providing teletherapy is highly desirable, alongside specific training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. This experience will further enhance your capability to serve our clients effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience. Additional benefits include:
