• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and medical staff, to deliver multifaceted care for clients.
• Document all interactions and maintain meticulous client records in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous education to stay informed about the latest best practices in mental health counseling and participate actively in team discussions and trainings.

Our clientele is diverse, representing various cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds. As an LPC at Enfolding Arms, you will address a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more, helping clients navigate their unique journeys toward healing and personal growth.

• A Master's degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in the state of Tennessee, with an active standing.
• Proven experience in delivering counseling services within an outpatient clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals and a genuine commitment to the continuous development of skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

• Experience using telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions.
• Familiarity with culturally informed practices and trauma-informed care.
• Background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or marginalized groups.
