• Conduct thorough assessments and treatment plans informed by clients' needs, backgrounds, and motivations.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within our electronic health record system.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings to ensure high standards of care and collaboration.

• A master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong writing skills with the ability to document clinical sessions thoroughly and accurately.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions from a licensing board.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competence in therapy.
