Job Overview:

Pay Range $20hr - $22hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Experience executing against multiple priorities/projects. 2+ years required.
  • Working knowledge of project collaboration and tracking tools (Microsoft Project Suite, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.). 2+ years required.
  • Very good documentation, organizational, and coordination skills. 3+ years required.
  • Very good level communication skills, both verbal and written. 2+ years required.
  • Demonstrated collaboration experience. 2+ years required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years required.
  • Experience with administrative support, scheduling meetings, managing documentation, coordinating communications, and other duties as assigned. 2+ years required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support APD development activities through scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of required documentation.
  • Assist with contract tracking and alignment between APDs, amendments, and contract requirements.
  • Maintain and organize APD documentation, templates, correspondence, and audit records.
  • Help track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across APD efforts.
  • Prepare status updates, meeting summaries, and reports as needed.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and readiness for APD submissions.
  • Support cross-team communication between business units, project teams, vendors, budget offices, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with version control, document formatting, and quality checks.
  • Provide logistical support for APD kickoff, review, and closeout cycles.
  • Help maintain internal tools, trackers, and repositories used by the APD team.
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts within the APO.
