Role Overview
As we enter 2026, the demand for reliable home energy solutions is at an all-time high. We are seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Specialist to manage and convert leads generated through our strategic partnerships with major big-box home improvement retailers. You will act as the bridge between retail floor interest and finalized home power solutions, traveling and working within your territory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Conversion: Manage and close high-quality, warm leads originating from big-box store inquiries.
  • Travel Regionally: Drive to scheduled appointments within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their property, calculate load requirements, and recommend the right generator size.
  • Retail Liaison: Maintain relationships with store managers at assigned retail locations to ensure our product displays and lead-capture systems are performing optimally.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM to track leads from initial retail contact through to installation and follow-up.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly handle objections and negotiate terms to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert: Stay up-to-date on local electrical codes and the latest generator technology (Generac, Kohler, etc.)
