Responsibilities:
  • Conduct store resets and product placements according to planograms.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Travel to various locations across Florida to support multiple stores.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store personnel.
  • Perform inventory checks and manage product displays.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant merchandising experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours.
  • Familiarity with retail merchandising and planogram standards.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
