Job description

The Power Grid is hiring Remote Appointment Setters to help homeowners learn about solar energy programs that can significantly reduce their electricity costs.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy talking to people and want a work-from-home sales opportunity with strong earning potential.

You’ll be speaking with homeowners, qualifying interest, and scheduling appointments for our solar specialists.

No solar experience required — we provide paid training, proven scripts, and daily coaching.

Income Potential

Compensation includes base pay plus commission.

Typical earnings:

What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners using company-provided leads

• Follow a proven script to qualify interest

• Schedule consultations for our solar specialists

• Track call results in our CRM

This is a high-volume outbound role, so expect to make 200+ calls per day while working alongside a supportive and competitive team.

Top reps typically schedule 3–5 appointments per day.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills

• Positive and coachable attitude

• Comfortable speaking with new people

• Reliable internet and computer

• Minimum 25 hours per week availability

Previous call center, telemarketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
