Bright Health Rehab and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this remote telehealth role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality mental health care to individuals and families. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing tailored care plans, and providing necessary therapy for a diverse client population.

This position will be entirely remote, allowing for flexible hours that accommodate both your schedule and the needs of your clients. • Conduct thorough diagnostics and treatment of a range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, ensuring that care plans are adapted as patient needs evolve.
• Provide individual and family therapy, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients in navigating their challenges.
• Facilitate referrals to community resources, treatment programs, or support groups that will contribute to the clients' well-being.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care post-treatment.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and clinical standards while adhering to ethical practices outlined by the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Prioritize and organize daily responsibilities by assessing the needs of new, current, and discharging clients.
• Conduct social work consultations, psychosocial assessments, and interventions related to crisis bereavement.
• Engage with external agencies and care teams to facilitate efficient communication and resolve any delays in care.
• Serve as an advocate for patients and families, ensuring their voices are heard throughout the treatment process.
• Identify clients at risk for avoidable complications in their care journey and coordinate with relevant personnel to optimize their treatment pathways.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Health, you will serve a varied client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Your approach will be client-centered, utilizing a multidisciplinary framework to address unique needs and circumstances, ensuring that each client feels supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related mental health field obtained from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as either an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
• Strong familiarity with community mental health resources, enhancing your ability to refer clients to suitable services.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, vital for client interaction and documentation.
• A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Previous involvement in multi-disciplinary care teams, demonstrating collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Experience in crisis intervention or bereavement support would be an asset.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
