What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with hospitality revenue management systems and hotel sales CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and statistical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-property teams.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory strategies based on demand, market conditions, and competitive analysis.

  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results across all distribution channels.
  • Partner closely with hotel leadership, sales, marketing, and regional teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and present actionable performance insights.
  • Evaluate market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Champion best practices in revenue management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
