JOB OVERVIEW:
Employee Benefits Advocates provide high-quality service to employees and members of our clients. They work to ensure satisfaction by balancing the quality of service and speed of response. Employee Benefits Advocates respond to incoming inquiries regarding employee benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans, etc. Employee Benefits Advocates also support our account service teams with claim inquiries and other miscellaneous tasks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following job duties:
• Answering phones and responding to emails
• Timely follow up to members
• Administrative tasks as needed
• Working closely with other team members and account service teams
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• Must have medical, dental, vision, life and disability plans experience.
• Experience handling benefit claims.
• Must have strong computer skills: Microsoft office. BSwift experience is a plus
• Customer service experience
COMPENSATION:
The national average hourly rate for this role is $30.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
