Job description

211 Palm Beach & Treasure Coast is launching training for Resource Center Specialist (Call Center Representatives) starting August 17, 2026. The position will be based in a temporary Delray Beach location for about 12–18 months before relocating to Lantana in our newly constructed building. This role focuses on compassionate, crisis-informed call handling, information and referral services, and documentation in our 211 systems.
