Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, addressing a range of behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning challenges.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to deliver cohesive treatment and assessments.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in behavioral health to offer the most effective therapeutic interventions.
• Manage a high volume of cases while maintaining quality services through effective triage and delegation of tasks when necessary.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults facing challenges that affect their mental health and everyday functioning. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in the state of Oregon.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to create meaningful relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and approaches.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage high caseloads efficiently.
• Previous experience with adolescent and young adult populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on your experience and case load responsibilities.
