Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and establish recovery goals, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to care.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions using best practices in motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to address the specific challenges faced by each patient.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer support, sharing, and strategies for coping with addiction and triggers.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and the broader healthcare team to ensure holistic and integrated care for our patients.

• Respond to patient crises with the provision of appropriate interventions, offering immediate support and stabilizing strategies.

• Educate patients and their families about addiction and effective recovery strategies, ensuring they are empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
