This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a team of dedicated health professionals. You will utilize digital communication platforms and electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to document client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring efficient workflows and optimal patient care. Our supportive remote environment fosters collaboration and encourages professional development through meetings and training sessions.

• Conduct initial mental health evaluations by gathering relevant information through interviews and standardized assessment tools, effectively documenting findings from consultation to treatment completion.
• Develop tailored intervention and recovery plans, which may include personalized treatment approaches for individuals, couples, families, and groups based on clinical assessments.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to foster personal growth and resilience among clients.
• Monitor and track client progress throughout treatment, adjusting plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and address any challenges or barriers to recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses—to create comprehensive intervention strategies that address the holistic needs of our clients.
• Provide follow-up care to clients, reaching out to coordinate with hospitals and ensure continuity of care for those requiring inpatient services.
• Support families and primary caregivers in navigating the complexities of mental health issues, offering guidance and resources to help them manage challenges effectively.

Our client population is varied, comprising individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and other mental health conditions. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with their unique experiences and needs. Your ability to connect, empathize, and deliver culturally sensitive care is paramount in fostering therapeutic relationships and effective healing.

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Successful completion of the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as AVATAR for documentation and monitoring.

• Previous experience in a mental health counseling role with a strong foundation in individual and group therapy techniques.
• Knowledge of common physical and emotional health challenges along with addiction disorders.
• Familiarity with the best practices as outlined by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trusting relationships and rapport with clients.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
