• Provide individualized therapy services to a diverse clientele, including children, adults, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for each therapy session, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans, facilitating positive outcomes for patients by integrating feedback and recommendations from other health professionals.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training workshops, webinars, and supervision, staying abreast of the latest practices in mental health therapy.
• Utilize electronic health record systems effectively to document sessions, track client progress, and ensure seamless communication within the team.

As a therapist at Pearl of Mind Counseling Solutions, you will work with individuals seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is required.
• An active New Jersey license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant therapy experience demonstrating competence in providing effective mental health services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a knack for conflict resolution.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and understanding of confidentiality and ethical considerations in mental health.

• Specialized training or certification in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.
• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly within telehealth environments.
• Advanced skills in building rapport and establishing trust with clients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
