• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of each client.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and client feedback.
• Deliver therapeutic services using a variety of evidence-based methods tailored to each client’s unique situation.
• Facilitate ongoing discussions with clients to establish and adjust therapeutic goals throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain precise documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring timely updates on client progress and treatment adjustments.
• Utilize specialized mental health software to manage client records securely and comply with HIPAA regulations.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse group of clients, ranging from adolescents to older adults, facing various mental health challenges. This encompasses anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance is crucial for effective treatment, particularly in a remote setting where personal connection relies on effective communication.

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships through clear communication and empathy.
• Exceptional organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple therapy sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.

• Previous experience working in a remote therapy setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
• Strong background in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage patient data.

Senita Community Behavioral Health Service offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
