Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs, allowing you to create tailored, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through secure digital platforms, adapting your approach to address the diverse needs of your clients.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, offering guidance and ongoing support throughout their treatment journey to ensure improved mental health outcomes.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and systemic approaches, based on client preferences and treatment objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, along with a generous sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team. Our benefits package includes:
