• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional wellness of clients, identifying their unique needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver high-quality therapy services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, tailored to specific client circumstances.
• Monitor client progress over time, adapting treatment methodologies as needed to ensure the best outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis support to clients facing urgent mental health challenges, utilizing best practices for crisis intervention.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring it is up to date.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment and participating in training sessions.
• Adhere to rigorous ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathetic client interaction and relationship building.
• A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to mental health regulations.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar mental health counseling role, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues is highly desirable.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
