Adorable Healing Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and areas requiring therapeutic intervention.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client-specific needs.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing clients with coping strategies and tools to manage their mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, utilizing EHR systems to track treatment outcomes.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or primary care physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and cultural competence.

Our clients often face a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. This role requires a strong understanding of different demographics and the ability to tailor approaches accordingly. As a counselor at Adorable Healing, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, each with unique backgrounds and challenges.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in the mental health field.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong crisis management skills and the ability to navigate challenging scenarios with professionalism and poise.

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy settings, utilizing culturally responsive methods.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and assessments.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience.
