This position is primarily remote, which empowers you to manage your work-life balance effectively while still providing high-quality care to your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health and emotional state, establishing a basis for effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual client goals, taking into account their unique challenges and circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor clients' progress continually, utilizing assessments and feedback to modify treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client sessions, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal standards in mental health care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies by participating in ongoing education and training sessions.
• Engage in regular supervision to enhance your clinical skills and maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Adorable Healing Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, and your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach will be essential to their healing process.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to facilitating clients' well-being.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
