• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and their family structure.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their individual goals and challenges.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress toward treatment goals, ensuring appropriate adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to create a seamless care experience for clients.
• Offer education and support to clients’ families, promoting understanding and participation in the therapeutic process.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with mental health trends and treatment methodologies.

You will interact with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your ability to connect with clients and provide culturally competent care will be essential to achieving positive outcomes and fostering a supportive environment.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, including maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.

• Significant experience in providing therapy and counseling services, ideally in a clinical setting or community health clinic.
• Specialized training or certifications in mental health counseling methods.
• Experience with telehealth services and digital documentation systems.

The compensation for this role falls within a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
