• Conducting thorough individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to promote mental and emotional wellness among clients.
• Administering in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches, to effectively address a range of mental health issues.
• Providing crisis intervention services and proactive case management to support clients through immediate challenges while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse array of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive client care.
• Participating in clinical meetings and case reviews to share insights, improve practices, and engage in professional development opportunities.

The clients we serve vary widely in background and mental health needs. You will be working with individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related challenges. • Current LCSW license in the state of California, with a commitment to maintaining good standing.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, with demonstrated proficiency in assessing and addressing complex mental health concerns.
• Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in evidence-based treatment methods, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by robust assessment and counseling abilities.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for clinical documentation and client management.

• Prior experience in telehealth or virtual therapy settings is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with diverse treatment modalities and a willingness to incorporate innovative approaches to meet client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Opti Mind Behavioral Health offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
