Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in delivering high-quality mental health care in a fully remote setting. In this full-time position, you will engage with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of mental health concerns, utilizing evidence-based therapies to facilitate healing and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear therapeutic goals, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.
  • Lead psychoeducation classes and support groups to augment clients' therapeutic experiences and community engagement.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will provide support for clients grappling with issues such as relationship challenges, emotional distress, and life transitions. Qualifications
