• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to establish personalized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, in individual, group, and family settings.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines to ensure quality client care.
• Collaborate actively with a team of healthcare providers to design holistic treatment plans that support each client’s mental health journey.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying informed about recent advancements in mental health research and practices.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred, allowing for tailored approaches in handling complex cases.
