As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting therapeutic video sessions offering evidence-based psychotherapy tailored to the needs of adult clients.
• Developing customized treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Employing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques alongside interactive digital tools to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and administrative staff, to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of sessions and client progress utilizing our secure electronic health records system.
• Participating in regular case meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, preferably within a telehealth setting.

While the above qualifications are essential, the following experience will be highly regarded:

• Hands-on experience with a diverse array of mental health challenges and treatment modalities.

• Proficiency with technology and a familiarity with teletherapy platforms, including e-therapy tools and client management software.
