• Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups via telehealth, adapting your approach based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide continuous support and motivational guidance, utilizing various therapeutic techniques to address emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance client care and treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation to track progress and ensure compliance with licensing regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest trends, evidence-based practices, and innovations in mental health counseling.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds, including but not limited to different age groups, cultures, and socio-economic statuses. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by these populations, and a commitment to providing culturally competent care that respects and integrates individual client perspectives.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• An active, unrestricted state license as a Professional Counselor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey empathy and understanding during counseling sessions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, contributing positively to team dynamics and client outcomes.
• Expertise in working with diverse populations and a demonstrated sensitivity to cultural differences.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferable, as it allows for an easier transition into our remote work culture.
• Experience implementing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Previous involvement with outcome-based measurements and adherence to best practices within the mental health discipline.
