Work Environment

Our remote work setting allows for flexibility while maintaining a robust support system. The position is primarily home-based but involves consistent connection with colleagues and clients using telehealth platforms. Generally, work hours are scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some degree of scheduling flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health therapist with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and goals.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
