Position Overview
HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Healthcare Group are expanding our Christian Counseling program and are seeking compassionate, clinically skilled Licensed Mental Health Professionals who desire to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into evidence-based counseling.
This opportunity is ideal for licensed therapists who believe emotional healing and spiritual growth can work together and who are passionate about providing ethical, clinically sound, Christ-centered counseling to individuals, adolescents, couples, and families seeking faith-integrated care.
Providers have the flexibility to create their own schedules while delivering counseling services through our secure telehealth platform while helping clients experience healing emotionally, mentally, relationally, and spiritually.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or adolescent counseling services via secure telehealth.
  • Integrate Christian faith and Biblical principles into counseling sessions when requested by clients and clinically appropriate.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and required clinical documentation.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions while respecting each client's spiritual beliefs and treatment goals.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with other providers and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in team meetings, consultation, and ongoing professional development opportunities as appropriate.

Applicants must possess one of the following active, unrestricted licenses in their state of practice:

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Other independently licensed behavioral health professionals

Applicants must also:
  • Be in good standing with their licensing board.
  • Possess malpractice insurance (or obtain prior to beginning services).
  • Be eligible to provide telehealth services.
  • Have excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills.
